Southdale Internal Medicine, P.A. has relocated effective January 21 2008:
 
As a result of the Southdale Medical Building’s construction project, Southdale Internal Medicine has permanently relocated from Suite 225 to Suite 510 in the Southdale Medical Building.

Our new address is:
6545 France Avenue South
Suite 510
Edina, MN 55435

Southdale Medical Building Update:

The 6545 Southdale Medical Building has reopened its front entrance.

In addition, there is still parking in the lower level of the parking ramp off of Drew Avenue (located between of 65th and 66th) that is available to patients of the Southdale Medical Building at no charge

New Physician:

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Jacob Liston has joined our clinic on November 12, 2007. We are scheduling both established and new patients for Dr. Liston. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Liston to our clinic.
