Patients are seen on an appointment basis. When scheduling an appointment, patients are scheduled according to the patient’s doctor and time preference. If the appointment is of an urgent matter and the patient’s regular doctor is unavailable, it may be necessary for the patient to see another physician within the practice.

If you are scheduling a physical or pre-operative appointment please let the scheduler know, as those appointments require additional time.

Out-Patient Lab Appointments:
Lab hours: M-F 8:15-10:30 & 2:00-3:45

• blood work
• urinalysis
• injections

Patients, who need to come in to have lab work without the need to see the physician, must schedule an appointment with the laboratory. This will ensure that our office has sufficient time to have the patient’s chart prepared and keep waiting time to a minimum.

TIPS:

• If you are not sure that you need to fast for your appointment, call the clinic before your appointment to clarify
• Drink plenty of water (even if you are fasting)
• Take medications unless you are specifically advised not to
